What is “PII”?
As used herein, the term “PII” generally means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as user’s name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card or other account number or geophysical location) or that is associated with an identifiable person (such as demographic information or information about a person’s activities when such information is linked to personally identifying information). PII does not include “aggregate” information, which is data we collect about the use of the Service or categories of Service users, from which any PII has been removed. For example, information that fortysix (46) percent (%) of the Service’s registered users identify themselves as male, is aggregate information. We collect aggregate data for a number of purposes, including to help us understand trends and user needs. This policy in no way limits or restricts our collection of aggregate information.
What PII do we collect?
We collect any PII from mere visitors to the Site or Service to build a business development database, to serve you the client in the near future when it comes to product(s), service(s), quotation(s), and inquiries in order to contact you and present information relevant. Your email address for instance may be collected when you send us an email.

Normally we do not collect or want credit card information; our Helcim or Square credit card app on smart devices does require it; when we do not have physical card at hand, we only use the credit card information you provide with the app with a valid postal code associated with it for authenticity. If however, we have the credit card physically in hand to use with the Helcim or Square credit card app with a smart device that we have the app installed on, the credit card information is never stored or recorded by it or us; the apps require your e-mail address or text messaging number to send out an immediate receipt with a map coordinate of where you authorized purchase.
